Hey Adriell ..wanted to know your thoughts on training with resistance bands. I have been thinking about buying some and start training at home some days in a week but I am bit confused if this will provide the same amount of result as I get in gym with weights and dumbells. I read that as "Crusty Lunge" at first, and that's what I'm calling it from now on.
Any breathing technique with these? I’m used to squatting heavier, taking a breath and holding.
I just found out out that i got uneven rib cage symmetry. I have been working out for a year but always had some pain near my left side shoulder and elbow joints... Can switching to kettle bells sort this out?. I am not looking for a body builder physique... Just want a decently defined body...

You can start doing this with your bodyweight first 👍
This is weight training! It will build muscle, but unless you're training for a decade it won't make your legs much larger than they are now. Which depending on your wants could be a good thing or a bad thing.

He’s got a wife, a life outside the gym. Hiking, running, swimming, lunging to fix shit, bending over to pick stuff up.. it’s all about being able to maintain movement and staying fit doing so. Staying ready!!

Adding the squat is unnecessary if ur focus is shoulder mobility, otherwise its a pretty solid exercise

Hey I love your content. I started training Cossack squats recently and I was wondering wether you train a single side at time or alternate back and fourth and train both sides at once.

Watching yo videos has opened up a new level of fitness for me. Im now dealing with imbalances I never new I had. After doing additional research I understand the vagus nerve and the psoas muscles. I wish I had known this when my gma was still alive because there is a hereditary muscular tendency in our family that deteriorated her health in her later years but i now feel confident i can prevent in myself. Good s***t bro
